Eddie Hazel (10 de abril de 1950 - 23 de diciembre de 1992) es uno de los más famosos guitarristas de Estados Unidos, originario de Brooklyn, Nueva York; a los 12 años comenzó a tocar la guitarra. En 1967, comenzó su carrera en la banda Funkadelic, pero en 1973, comenzó a trabajar con el grupo musical The Temptations, donde alcanzó mayor fama.
